PUBLIC NOTICE
To the Qualified Electors of the County of Sanilac, Michigan
for the Primary Election to be held
on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
Notice is hereby given that a Public Accuracy Test
for the Lexington, Sanilac and Worth Township Absent Voter Counting Board,
will be conducted on July 15, 2024, at 3:00 PM
at the Sanilac Township Hall
located at 20 North Ridge Street,
Port Sanilac, Michigan.
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted
to demonstrate that the computer programing
used to tabulate the votes cast at the election
meets the requirements of Michigan Election Law.
