Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Temporary Signs
Date: Wednesday, February 21, 2024
Time: to follow the 7:00 p.m. PCNC Public Hearing; followed by the regular Planning Commission meeting
Location: Lexington Meeting Hall 7227 Huron Avenue, Lexington, MI 48450
Purpose: To hear and consider comments on proposed text amendments to Section 2.2.0 General Definition- Pertaining to Signs. Section 3.20.0 – Advertising Structures, Signs, and Name Plates; Requirements for Portable and Temporary Signs.
Written Comments: Lexington Township, 7227 Huron Ave., STE 200, Lexington, MI 48450
The hearing is open to the public to voice their views or to submit written comment. Citizens are encouraged to attend and participate in the hearing. Comments in writing will be considered at the hearing and must be received by the Planning Commission on or before February 21, 2024.
